We may see new faces in the White House very soon. Several key republicans are enthusiastic about Bush's decision in replacing treasury secretary Paul O'Neill with CSX Railroad Executive-John Snow...The administration is attempting an urgent midterm correcton to boost the flagging economy. The 2004 campaign starts this season and the office says they are confident that Snow will be able to communicate Bush's policy clearly on Television and to Capitol Hill....Snow's first big job in office will be to build support amomg executives, lawmakers, and voters for a package of tax cuts which Bush is expected to propose some time next month.....
