QUAKER CITY RECEIVES GRANT

Govenor Bob Taft announced today that the village of Quaker City in Guernsey County will receive a $450,000 grant to improve its water system. The grant will be used to install 46,300 linear feet of waterline and improve the existing water tank. The improvement is estimated to affect more than 368 households.
