The Zanesville Highway Patrol is citing two of its own. For their life saving work. Today Sgt. Roger Norris and Tpr. John Scanlon Jr. Were awarded the "Superintendent's Citation of Merit" Award at a ceremony held at the Cambridge District Headquarters. The troopers were honored for placing their own lives in danger to save the life of a man who was in a vehicle crash on May 1st. of this year. This is the first in 10 years that troopers have been honored from the Zanesville Post of the Highway Patrol.
