A start to a new year brings a renewed sense of thanks to mother nature. Today the Ohio Department of Natural Resources Division of Recycling and Litter Prevention gathered for their annual statewide recycle campaign, Their mission is to help raise awareness through TV and Radio Ads on why people should take part in recycling. The industry provides the state of Ohio with over 168 thousand jobs. The division distributes more than 70-percent of there budget to grants, which are distributed to a variety of programs including: Education and awareness campaigns, recycling drop-off centers, and illegal dump site clean-ups.
