KFC Robbery Suspect

A Newark man becomes the third suspect to be arrested for allegedly attempting to rob a fast food restaurant in Licking County, and the Heath Police Department is still searching for a fourth suspect. Earlier this week 17-year-old Markus Beach of Newark was arrested for allegedly attempting to rob Florence Stevens, and employee of the Kentucky Fried Chicken in Heath, as she was leaving the store around midnight on January 2nd. When Stevens refused to give her assailants the store's deposits, she was then shoved to the ground. The two other suspects, alleged accomplice 17-year-old Joseph Elliott, also of Newark, is alsready in custody, and the get-away driver, 22-year-old Christina Stransberry has been charged and released. Police still have a warrant out for a fourth suspect, that has been identified as 17-year-old Thomas McCallister of Newark.
