The Coshocton county sheriff’s department says a second suspect will now be charged in a double shooting that occurred early Monday morning on Chestnut street in Coshocton. Deputies say Joshua Klein, who investigators think is a co-conspirator in the case, is being charged with attempted murder. 18-year-old Michael Shane was also charged earlier this week with attempted murder. Both men are being held in the connection with the shooting of 18-year-old Candice Darling of Coshocton and 22-year-old Joshua Barron of Dover. Darling was shot twice in the head and Barron was shot three times in the Torso. Detectives say Shane apparently had some type of argument with the victims prior to the shooting. Both victims remain in stable condition in the hospital. The case remains under investigation.
