Culinary students at Muskingum Tech are preparing a variety of ethnic foods in celebration of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Chef instructor Marco Adornetto says this is his eighth year in preparing food for this national holiday and every year there is a different theme. This year Italian, Cajun, Dutch, and Soul food will be served. If you would like to attend you can purchase tickets for seven dollars at the M.A.T.C Campus Center. The food fair is scheduled for January 17th at 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
