Many new faces were on hand Thursday night for the Fraternal Order of Police annual installation banquet.More than 30 new officers were sworn in. Officers for the Zane Lodge number-five, including auxiliary and associate officers were installed by the State President Nick DaMarco. The new officers already have a full agenda of items they want to accomplish this year. Incoming president Pat Corder says "I'd like to see membership get up a little...I'd also like to see a little more involvement with our officers in the community." All officers are voted into position by their peers. With the exception of the trustees positions, which serves two years, all other officers serve one-year terms.
