The economy may look better in the near future for Morgan County, Thanks to the re-opening of a popular window company. Five former employees of Malta Wood Windows, and one investor have decided to bring back the well-known business. Planning to start off with twelve employees, owners hope that the future will bring them a decent amount of growth. Jeff Shaner an extension agent for community development says the expansion will help stimulate economic growth for the village. Although the company has been out of business for more than a year, these owners say there past reputation guarantees their success. The company will occupy the same building that the previous owners used to create their wooden windows.
