High Speed Chase Results In Prison Time

A Zanesville man faces up to six and a half years in prison in connection with a high- speed chase. Jay Suttles pleaded guilty to one county of felony fleeing and eluding, one count possession of crack cocaine and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia and one count of driving under suspension. Suttles was arrested November 29th after taking Zanesville police and the highway patrol on a car chase that started on Luck avenue in Zanesville and ended on state route 146 and Clay Pike. A pre-sentence investigation has been ordered in the case.
