Muskingum county commissioners are considering an annexation request from a mobile home park. Representatives from Eagle Oaks Incorporated and attorneys from the law firm Kincaid, Taylor and Geyer met with commissioners to talk about the issue. Once the annexation is complete into South Zanesville, residents will no longer have to be responsible for water and sewage billing and residents will get a financial break. Eagle Oaks attorney Jon Woodward says the move will eliminate a huge financial burden for the residents. The Commissioners took the annexation request under advisement.
