The Muskingum county division of the Ohio Department of Transportation is on the job this morning to fight the latest blast from old man winter. Local manager Phil Newman says on Tuesday his crews were in the process of getting ready to treat local roadways in anticipation of a winter mix of weather. Last night and this morning the big yellow salt plows were on the job. Newman says between 15 and 20 trucks our out in our region. The weather is going to be tricky today. A few degree difference can mean snow, rain or ice.
