She had been bound, beaten and shot to death. 30-year-old Daniel Spencer is charged with aggravated murder and six other counts in connection with the woman's death. Her grandson, 31-year-old Troy Estep, of Circleville, is charged with complicity to aggravated robbery and complicity to aggravated burglary. Estep's bond has been set at $300,000. Preliminary hearings are scheduled next Thursday for both men in Hocking County Municipal Court.
