It’s the start of another week and the start of another snowstorm in southeastern Ohio. Today’s event is nothing like the big storms from last week, but it still slick driving in our area. The snow means another round of snow emergencies for Muskingum, Noble, Morgan, Guernsey, Perry and Licking counties. Those counties remain under a level 1 snow emergency...that means roads are hazardous, drive carefully. Today’s weather also meant some area schools closed or were delayed.
