Girl Scouts all across the country are celebrating "Girl Scout Week" along with the organization's anniversary. But the Girl Scouts Heart Of Ohio Council has something extra special to celebrate....a new leader. Coming from Munice, Indiana, Yvette Livers is the new executive director for the Heart Of Ohio Council. One of the major goals of the organization is to help the community's young women to be their best. Livers hopes to accomplish this goal by helping the girls deal with the issue of diversity. With over 15 years of administrative experience with the Girl Scouts, Livers also looks forward to strengthening the council's ties to the community. A feat that her peers believe she will have no problem in accomplishing.
