State Grant To Help Guernsey County Village

The state announces a major grant for the village of pleasant city in Guernsey County. State development director Bruce Johnson says that the village will receive 600-thousand dollars to improve its sewer system. The village will use the funds to build a waster water treatment plant and install sanitary sewer lines. The project will benefit around 230 households. The total cost of the project is 5.4 million dollars.
