A Roseville man is stepping forward as the big winner in the Ohio Lottery’s Kicker game. Douglas Boetcher is 100-thousand dollars richer today. He bought his ticket at the National Road Beer Dock on Greenwood Avenue in Zanesville. Boetcher says it could not have come at a better time. He was laid off from his construction job, and his wife, Angie just gave birth to their third child. He says he found out he was a winner while stopping for gasoline at the National Road Beer Dock. A sign stated the winning ticket was purchased there. He checked his ticket and learned he was the winner. After taxes Boetcher will receive a check for 69,500 dollars.
