A powerful bronze figure stands tall in the downtown skies of Zanesville watching over the city. The huge Indian statue was lifted into the air and placed on top of the sixth street building. Alan Cottrill owns the building and is the artist who creates the real life sculptures. It took Cottrill around three months to finish the nine foot bronze sculpture, which weighs seven hundred pounds. In the near future, Cottrill plans on turning the upper part of his building into a gallery displaying his work of over two hundred sculptures.
