Man Sentenced for Breaking Into Dairy Mart

A man who targeted the Dairy Mart on Pine Street twice will be spending the next eight months behind bars. Judge Butch Zwelling sentenced 35-year-old Kenneth Johnson Monday on once count of breaking and entering, one count of theft, one count of carrying a concealed weapon and one count of vandalism. According to Assistant Muskingum County Prosecutor, Jim Workman, Johnson was arrested after breaking into the Dairy Mart in September of 2002. Workman also says that Johnson vandalized the store in December, 2002.
