The Ohio State Highway Patrol is continuing their efforts to get Ohioans to buckle up. The law enforcement officers statewide will be teaming up with the Ohio Department of Public Safety and a former major league star in Ohio’s newest campaign called “Click It Or Ticket.” Last year's campaign to get Ohio to buckle up resulted in a record high of seventy percent of motorists using their seat belts. Statistics show that for every five percent increase of motorists wearing seat belts forty lives could be saved each year across the nation. The “Click It Or Ticket” campaign kicks off with a gathering at Cooper Stadium in Columbus on Tuesday morning.
