Nasport Man Pleads Guilty To Attempted Breaking & Entering

A Nashport man accused of attempting to break-in to a local convenience store pleaded guilty today. David Gibson Jr. pleaded guilty to one count of attempted breaking and entering, one count possession of criminal tools and one count of vandalism. Gibson was arrested after a witness reported that he was trying to break-in to the Clark Station on Putnam Avenue on April 16. Judge Mark Fleegle ordered a pre-sentence investigation into the case. The state is recommending community controlled.
