A group of five from Brazil made a visit to the wild side of Muskingum County, thanks to the Rotary Club. Every year Southeastern Ohio Rotary Club members send five of their own to different parts of the world through their group study exchange program. In return, five people from that country are sent to Ohio for thirty days. Jim Turner, Chairman of the GSE committee, says the primary purpose of the exchange is human understanding and simple worldviews of getting to know each other. During their stay here the five travel through various counties visiting all of the best tourist attractions. Today they made a stop at the Wilds and had a chance to see the beautiful green hills and animals that roam the land. Twenty various officials from different Rotary Clubs throughout Southeastern Ohio met with the visitors. The five will leave Saturday, May 24th for their South American home.
