It’s a topic that all too often occurs in a relationship: domestic violence. Friday evening the Response Victim Assistance Program held its annual awards ceremony, honoring those who raise awareness on this serious topic. In all, six different awards were presented as well as the introduction of a new award in honor of slain Muskingum County Sheriff’s Deputy Robert Tanner. Dan Arter and Fred Curry were both honored Friday evening in regards to the award.
