Drug Dealer Sentenced to Three Years

It’s three years behind bars for a Zanesville man convicted of selling drugs. 38-year-old Jerry Pittman was facing two separate indictments. In all, he was charged with 10 counts of trafficking crack/cocaine and eight counts possession of crack/cocaine. Pittman pleaded guilty to the charges in May. The drug sales occurred between October 2002 and January 2003. According to Muskingum County Prosecutor, Mike Haddox, Pittman sold to an undercover police officer working with the Zanesville Police Department Drug Unit.
