Attempted Murder Update

Deputies from Ross County were in Zanesville today and took 18-year old Randall Cremeans Junior into custody. Cremeans is a suspect in a drive-by shooting that occurred on June 11th in South Salem in the western part of Ross County. Ross County detective David Bower says there are five suspects who will face charges and currently two are in custody. Bower also says the victim of the drive-by shooting witnessed a prior drive-by shooting. That's why the second shooting may have transpired. No one was injured in the shooting. Meanwhile, the Ross County Sheriff's Department is continuing to investigate the incident. On Wednesday, June 18th Cremeans will go before a judge in municipal court in Chillicothe where he'll face an attempted aggravated murder charge.
