Alcohol is believed to be a factor in a crash that claimed two lives Sunday morning in southern Ohio. The Ross County Sheriff’s office says 57-year-old Cornelius Copley of Circleville, was driving south in the northbound lane of U-S 23 when he hit a vehicle driven by 23-year-old Jillien Graves, of Chillicothe, who was on her way to work. Copley and Graves were pronounced dead at the scene.
