School Accountability Plan

Two state lawmakers are asking the U-S department of education in Washington for a little more time in approving a school accountability plan as required by the no child left behind act. The feds have threatened to withhold more then 400 million dollars in federal funds if the plan isn’t approved by the start of the school year.
