The Red Cross says nationally blood inventory levels are dangerously low. During the month of July, blood donations have fallen short of their goal of 50-100 pints per day. While the Red Cross typically experiences a decline in blood donations during the summer months, the decline this year has persisted for weeks. Bloodmobiles in our area are scheduled in Coshocton Friday, August 1st; in Sarahsville in Noble County Monday, August 4th; and in Zanesville Monday, August 4th and 7th. For more information or blood mobile locations, call 740-819-2197.
