It’s three years of community control for a Columbus man accused of selling drugs in Muskingum County. In April, Le Von Britt pleaded guilty to two counts of trafficking crack/cocaine. He was sentenced Monday. In addition to the community control, Judge Mark Fleegle, sentenced Britt to complete a drug rehabilitation program and 250 hours of community service. Britt was arrested after selling to a confidential informant working with the Muskingum County Sheriff’s Department. Drug Unit. One sale happened in a parking lot on Maysville Pike; the other happened in a parking lot on Brighton Blvd.
