A Licking County Grand Jury has returned 24 felony counts each against a mother and daughter suspected in a series of burglaries in the last six months. The indictments include 20 burglary charges against 39-year-old Georgia Messer and her 20-year-old daughter, Candace Vansickle, both of Johnstown. They each also face three counts of attempted burglary and one count of grand theft. A third woman suspected of assisting in three burglaries was arrested earlier this week. 39-year-old Annette Ranalli, also of Johnstown, is being held on one burglary count. Deputy sheriffs arrested the women on September 3rd after linking them to an attempted break-in at a house in Johnstown earlier that day.
