The Ohio Attorney General’s Office plans to investigate nursing homes and medical equipment suppliers in connection with possible Medicaid fraud related to equipment sales. Investigators want to know whether Ohio customers of Columbus-based Ross Products submitted fraudulent Medicaid claims for internal feeding equipment. C.G. Nutritionals, which is affiliated with Ross, has agreed to pay $600,000,000 to settle a federal investigation of its sale practices.
