A man accused of firing a shotgun into a cornfield, killing a man, after tomatoes pelted his car, has been indicted on murder and involuntary manslaughter charges. A Holmes County Grand Jury Wednesday returned indictments against 58-year-old Marion Weaver of Benton. He’s accused of killing 23-year-old Steven Keim of Apple Creek, a family friend. Keim was in a group of young people throwing ripe tomatoes and firing paintballs at passing vehicle: an annual Amish prank.
