Bond was set at $1,000,000 Friday for a man whom authorities say led a ring that bought and re-sold stolen goods. Authorities say the ringleader Omran Saleh sent millions of dollars to bank accounts in Middle Eastern countries during the past two years. Investigators said they are trying to determine whether the money was used in support of terrorism. Saleh is among 23 people arrested Thursday in Cincinnati on a variety of felony charges.
