A 20-year old man from Columbus, Georgia is in custody after a street brawl killed a man early yesterday in the Dayton suburb of Huber Heights. Police Spokesman Jerry Gustin says the death was not gang related or drug related. It started with an arguement between two groups of young people at a birthday party Saturday night and it continued to escalate after they left. Gustin says at least 15 people left in four cars. He says the occupants of the cars fought in the street with baseball bats and knives. He says 21 year old Douglas Moeller of Vandalia died after being stabbed in the neck, chest and shoulder. Moeller had apparently been home from college for the holidays. Authorities say charges are pending against the Georgia man and that police won't release his name until they're filed.
