Authorities in Licking County will meet today to discuss a 2002 killing witnessed by the victim's then 2 year old daughter.

Charges against 32-year-old Richard Nicholas Robinson of Lancaster have been dropped. Prosecutor Robert Becker cites newly discovered evidence as the reason, but says Robinson remains a suspect in the stabbing of 38-year-old Rhonda Boggs in her Pataskala home.

Becker says he wants to present new evidence to a grand jury next year.

A co-worker found Boggs' body the day after she was killed. Her daughter witnessed the crime and spent about ten hours with the body. However, she wasn't hurt.
