Authorities say two Morgan High School students have been arrested in connection with a bomb scare.
The Morgan County Sheriff's Office says staff at the High School discovered a note Friday morning that said "bomb" and also discovered two devices that appeared to be explosive in nature.
According to a press release, the first deputy on the scene cleared and secured the bathrooms where the items were found and the school went into lock down mode.
Shortly after other officers arrived on the scene, they decided to evacuate the building.
The Muskingum County Sheriff's Office dispatched a bomb dog to the scene and the Columbus Fire Department's Bomb Squad and four bomb dogs were also called for assistance.
After the building was cleared by the dog teams, evidence was collected and that resulted in the arrest of the two students.
Their names are not being released due to their ages.
Both are currently being held in the Muskingum County Jurvenile Detention Center.
