The State Highway Patrol says a month old baby remains hospitalized in critical condition after a three vehicle accident near Dresden.
It happened just after 8:00 a.m. Tuesday at State Route 60 and Raiders Road.
According to Sgt. Jeremy Mendenhall, 23-year-old Samantha Newell of Newark was turning off of Raiders Road when she went through a red light and was struck by a vehicle heading south on SR 60.
That vehicle then spun around and struck a car that was north bound on SR 60 sitting in the turning lane.
Newell along with three of her passengers including an infant were taken to the hospital.
The infant was then flown to Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus with serious injuries.
Sgt. Mendenhall says the accident remains under investigation.
