Grandparents of one local school got a little taste of what their grandkids do everyday in class.
Rosecrans high school hosted their annual Grandparents Day Thursday where the students are able to give them a tour of their school and meet their teachers.
"They really love seeing how I get my education and how my day goes at Rosecrans," Rosecrans Freshman Scott Kanavel said.
Students and their special guests did the rosary, had breakfast, and got a picture taken for free before visiting the class rooms.
"They get to see what classes I'm in. I give them a tour around school and to see how everything works out," Kanavel said.
One grandparent tells us his three grandkids go there and he use to attend Rosecrans. He says he goes to Grandparents Day every year.
"Just come in and check out the school talk to the teachers make sure they're behaving," Grandparent John Rock said.
He says he just loves to visit and support his family.
