Santa's workshop moved from the North Pole to right here in Zanesville.
More than a hundred children could have doubled as Santa's elves as they made presents for their friends and families. This is the second year for Santa's Workshop sponsored by the Zanesville Civic League.
"So they pay three dollars and they get to do two crafts and wrap them and also have lunch while they are here and they can do additional crafts and there are free crafts for kids to do," says Kim Shaffer the Program Director at the Zanesville Civic League
For parents, it was a very cost effective way to make holiday gifts. This is Rebecca Williams and her five-year-old son Ethan's first time to Santa's Workshop, where Ethan made a special gift for his father.
"I made a snow globe," told Ethan.
Organizers say with the excellent turn out they will definitely hold the event again next year.
