A 16-year-old St. Louisville teen, who allegedly shot and killed his friend-Tyler Gargus- last month, learns his sentence.
Judge Robert Hoover sentenced Zachary Harvey to indefinite probation.
Licking County Court Administrator, David Edelblute, says Harvey will be forced to wear an electronic monitoring device for 45 days. He will have a curfew. He will not be allowed to use a cell phone or computer, and he will have to attend a family group session with his mother.
