Conesville residents will soon have to pay to have their trash picked-up.
About 150 residents will be affected by the change.
Skip Ferrell, of Skip's Refuse Services, says Mayor William Appis sent a letter to his company, informing him that the city didn't have the funding to continue to pay for the service.
So, starting March 1st, each household will have to pay 16 dollars a month to have their trash picked-up.
WHIZ tried to contact Appis for a comment, but he could not be reached.
