A New Plymouth man had to hospitalized after being stabbed in Lancaster Saturday night. According to a Lancaster Police report, Justin Brunney, 21, was stabbed at a Lancaster motel around 10:30 Saturday night.
A witness called 911 and stated an unknown man had been stabbed and left after she tried to bandage his wounds. Lancaster Police found Brunney on South Columbus Street and he was transported to Grant Medical Center. Brunney is listed in fair condition.
Brunney told police a black male approached him, demanded his money and then stabbed him. But another witness tells police, he saw Brunney exit a motel room followed by a woman and man who then left in a car and Brunney ran around the side of the building. Police are still investigating the crime.
