An Amber Alert was issued Friday for a missing Zanesville toddler.

Fairfield County authorities found 14-month-old Zechariah Ryan unharmed with his biological parents in the parking lot of Canal Winchester High School around 9:15 Friday night.

Law enforcement had been searching for 33-year-old Jeremy Ryan and 30-year-old Kristina Ryan since shortly after 3 p.m. Friday afternoon. They did not have custody of Zechariah and took him from a home on Sevall Street in Zanesville.

Zanesville Police Officer Mike Schiele says, because of the Amber Alert, Fairfield County authorities have the two parents in custody and they will be charged with interference with custody. The toddler will go back to the custody of Muskingum County Child Services.

Authorities say they were concerned about the child's safety, because the parents are known drug users.
