Congressman Zack Space is challenging his opponents to debate over the course of the campaign.

In a letter to Republican Bob Gibbs and Lindsey Sutton of the Constitution Party, Democratic Space suggested that the candidates meet for three debates over the course of the campaign.

In the letter Space says “on many issues the three of us agree, but clearly, there are also some issues where we have a difference of opinion". Space says the three candidates should work together to make sure everyone can participate.

He also says he thinks the debates should be moderated by news organizations and academic institutions.

Both Gibbs and Sutton have not yet announced if they will participate.
