A portion of Interstate 70 westbound was restricted to one lane while crews tended to a two-vehicle accident.
It happened around 8:30 p.m. at the 160 mile marker, near the city of Zanesville.
Zanesville Post State Trooper Williams says the woman was driving in the passing lane when she side-swiped an SUV traveling in the other lane. He says she then lost control of the vehicle, went off the right side of the road, and hit a ditch.
She was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital with what crews are calling minor injuries. The driver and passenger in the other car were not injured.
The Zanesville Post says weather may be a contributing factor in the crash. Trooper Williams says it's possible for the woman to be cited with failure to control.
