A Zanesville man pleads guilty in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court to charges stemming from a summer drug bust.

38-year-old John Fleming appeared before Judge Mark Fleegle where he entered the plea to several charges including two felony counts of permitting drug abuse and misdemeanor charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Fleming was arrested in July after authorities raided an apartment at Woodberry Drive.

Judge Fleegle ordered a pre-sentence investigation in the case. Fleming's bond was continued at $50,000. He remains in the Muskingum County Jail.
