Day light savings is this Sunday at 2:00 a.m. Remember to "spring" your clocks ahead by one hour.
On Thursday afternoon we spoke with people about how they remember to change their clocks.
"I usually put a note on my refrigerator and then I just change it before I go to bed," said Kyle Barker.
Some people are grateful for their technology or they might not know the clocks changed.
"I notice that sometimes my cell phone is ahead of all my clocks in my house so I am like I guess time sprung forward and the has to be a change in the zones or somethin. So, I have to set my clocks," answered Sergeant Johnson.
One woman feels the change is unnecessary, but she has her own way to remember.
"Well you see it there on the calendar and then you spring it a head right, but I prefer them to leave it alone, " said shopper, Donna Raley.
A simple way to know which way to turn your clock is "spring ahead, fall back".
