A family is homeless today after a fire damaged their home.

It happened at 9690 Center Road around 5:15 this morning. Crews from Harrison Township, Roseville and South Zanesville fire departments were called to the scene.

The Muskingum Valley Red Cross says Richard and Lorraine Glover along with their 21-year-old son and 9-year-old granddaughter were home when the fire started but were able to get out uninjured.

The Red Cross says the cause of the fire is undetermined.

The Red Cross is helping the family with food, clothing, and shelter.
