Four Area Residents Face Drug Charges

Four area residents have been indicted on drugs charges by a Perry County Grand Jury. Perry County Sheriff’sOffice Sergeant Kevin Starrett says 25-year-old old Preston Fravel of Junction City is facing four counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs for selling prescription drugs. 41-year-old Todd Hegar of Roseville and 20-year-old Justin Heger of Zanesville are both facing one count each of complicity to illegal manufacture of drugs, complicity to illegal possession of chemicals to manufacture drugs and complicity to aggravated possession of drugs. Ruthann Dukeman of Junction City is facing one count each of complicity illegal manufacturing of drugs, complicity to illegal possession of chemical to manufacture drugs, complicity to aggravated possession of drugs and permitting drug abuse.  All four  individuals face multiple years in prison if convicted.
