Area bands are getting ready to rock this weekend.
Twenty One Pilots will headline the third annual Zanestock Music Festival. Coordinator Dick Joseph said he expects about 500 people to come out and support the six bands.
"My favorite part is playing," said Joseph. "I'm in Obliged, and it's always a great event to play in."
Joseph said Zanestock is a family-friendly festival, and several youth bands will be taking the stage. Zach Chrisman is also a member of Obliged. He said he's a big fan of Twenty One Pilots.
"They are always a great act and put on a phenomenal live show," said Chrisman. "I've seen them quite a few times."
The event will take place on Friday at 4 PM at Park Central on Adams Lane. Admission is $5.00.
